About Sheri

Three decades in the room with real people.

I bring more than thirty years of clinical expertise to my work as a coach, blending nutrition science with the experience of a seasoned behavioral health professional.

My passion for this work is professional and deeply personal. I learned young how profoundly nutrition, mindset, and self-worth intertwine.

From kidney-transplant patients to families in transition, I have met people at their hardest moments with empathy and a real understanding of human behavior. That is the difference you feel in this work.
